What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, and anything optional you add such as email, Instagram handle, suburb, dates and notes about the shoot.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your request, quote the job, and organise the shoot if you book. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share your details.
Where it's stored
Requests are stored privately with our hosting provider (Vercel) and sent to our inbox by email (Resend). Only Zavora Media can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to two years so we can look up past jobs, then delete them. Ask us any time and we'll delete yours sooner.
Photos of you
We only share photos from a shoot on our website or Instagram with the client's permission.
